My apartment had mold and management was dragging their feet to resolve it, and completely mishandling the situation. Then I retained Alex and long story short, I was able to hold management accountable and collect a sizeable settlement.

Alex was professional, responsive, and most importantly he didn’t oversell or over promise a settlement number. He was really easy to work with and he went toe to toe with the insurance adjuster when they tried to delay the process with last minute changes.
