Program Name: Mehdipour Law PC SMS Messaging
Program Description: We use SMS text messages to communicate with clients regarding their legal matters, including case updates, appointment reminders, billing information, important dates, and quick status updates.
Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile phone plan. Your carrier may charge standard messaging and data rates. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your case activity. You may receive updates ranging from a few messages per month to several per week depending on developments in your case.
Opt-In Consent Required: You must provide express written or verbal consent to receive SMS messages. Your mobile phone number will be used solely for communicating about your legal matters and will never be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
Opt-Out Instructions
Reply “STOP” to any message to unsubscribe from SMS communications. You will receive one final confirmation text. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages, but you may still receive important information via other methods (email, phone, mail).
Reply “HELP” to any message to request assistance or more information about our SMS program.

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued engagement after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of significant changes.
